This is what you can expect when you contact us. From the initial call you can expect a polite and professional service. When you call we will have a brief discussion about your requirements and arrange a date and time for a visit that suits you.

When we arrive at your property we will discuss your plans in detail and advise and assist you as required. At this stage it would be helpful if you have a basic idea of what you would like and a budget that we can work to. If you don't have any ideas at all what you'd like don't worry because we will steer you towards a design which will inspire you. We will also have brochures for you to look at for ideas and products that are on the market.

All advice and help along with the quote is free of charge, however, we can offer a scaled plan drawing of the design that has a fee depending on the complexity of the drawing.

After a full site survey we will send you a full quotation. All quotes are valid for three months and if written acceptance is received within this period we will hold the price until we commence with the works. After the three months a re-quote may be required. We will require a deposit upon acceptance of our quotation, usually half of the total and the balance upon completion.

Once the project has started and throughout all of its stages, the designer or site manager will be available to answer any questions that you may have. We can also discuss any changes or additions that you are considering and guide you to making the right decision. We will also make sure your property is left clean and tidy at the end of each day and of course upon completion.
